Further to your enquiry on opening of a brokerage account, you will be required to complete the attached account opening form and submit the completed form along with the documents below: 

1. A recent passport sized photograph
2. A photocopy of your utility bill
3. A photocopy of your ID card
4. 2 references

A minimum amount of N5,000,000 (Five Million Naira) is required to open a Brokerage account. This could be in cash, value of certificates to be dematerialized or a transfer of stocks from your existing stock-broking house. Subsequent deposits may be less than the above stated amount. Please note that a combination of all or some of the above is accepted to make up N5,000,000.00.

1. Letter of administration (if deceased died without a will)
