For Initial Redemptions (please note the DDB clause and remove for clients without DDB mandates)

Dear Nike Ladele,

Is there any reason why you are considering redeeming your investment? We expect that your investment should be for the long term to achieve optimum returns.

However, if you have decided to proceed with the redemption, kindly follow the instructions below:

• Complete the attached redemption form and submit the original copy of your investment certificate along with the completed form to any of our offices closest to you. 
• If you do not have your certificate, you will be required to fill out the attached indemnity form and swear an affidavit that you did not receive your certificate at the High Court. Kindly attach your passport photograh to the affidavit and ensure the clerk stamps across your passport photograph once attached to the affidavit.

In addition, please find attached the Direct Debit termination form. Kindly note that the termination process takes two (2) weeks.

• The redemption process should take 5working days from the day after the Fund Manager receives your redemption request and certificate. For clients outside Lagos, please allow for 7 working days for the completion of the redemption process. 
• Kindly ensure that you indicate clearly your Bank details on the payment section of the form (Nuban account number only). Please note that for a  partial redemption, you will be required to leave a minimum balance of N10,000 to remain active in any of the Funds.

Also, kindly note that the NEFT transfer attracts a flat fee of N105.00 for amounts less than N10million and N525 for amounts in excess of N10million.

For MMF Redemptions

However, if you have decided to proceed with the redemption, kindly complete the attached redemption form and forward to us for processing. The form may be submitted at any of our offices closest to you or scanned and forwarded to us via email.

The redemption process should take 3-5working days from the day after the Fund Manager receives your redemption request.

Kindly ensure that you indicate clearly your Bank details on the payment section of the form (NUBAN account number only). Please note that for a  partial redemption, you will be required to leave a minimum balance of N25,000 to remain active in the ARM Money Market Fund.

Also, kinldy note that the NEFT transfer attracts a flat fee of N105.00 for amounts less than N10million and N525 for amounts in excess of N10million.
